Conflict Management
Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing its positive aspects. “The aim of conflict management is to enhance learning and group outcomes, including effectiveness or performance in organizational settings”. The fact that conflict exists, however, is not necessarily a bad. When people resolve conflict effectively, they can also eliminate many of the hidden problems that it brought to the surface.

Learning Objectives
This course will lead to the awareness that good relationships are a priority in cases of conflict. Trainees will be able to separate people from problems and to think objectively, listen carefully to different interests, and respond appropriately. Trainees will be able to figure out a third position that two people in conflict might agree upon.
